Bright Scholars’ School, Koradi, Nagpur is an educational institutions dedicatedly committed towards nurturing and fostering the future of children. We strive for excellence in each and every endeavour so as to achieve transcendence. I, Principal of the school take this opportunity to present you a report of our activities and achievements for the past one year i.e. 2024-25.

| Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff: |

The teaching staff of school are well qualified, Trained, dedicated and empathetic teachers with a desire to share their subject knowledge and love with the students. The teachers are always eager to upgrade, improvise and adapt challenges to bring out the best in their students.
The Non-Teaching staff have technical skills, especially lab in charge should know about the complete information about the lab.
● Proper communication have there among the non-teaching staff and all should work in coordination.
● The assigned duties completed on time with utmost diligence
| Parent Teacher Association: |

A General body meeting of parent teacher association is held on a regular basis and new members of the PTA were nominated for the year 2024-25. Parents provide the valuable feedback and suggestions to the teachers and teachers in return provide them with academic work done and changes made in school for improvement. The PTA is a group of closely knit individual who work together for the betterment of the students. We thank and congratulate them for their continuous support and cooperation.

Academic activities and competitons encourage and foster a healthy atmosphere and competitive spirit in students. Various activities are conducted at school level and inter house level which includes essay, speech, slogan writing etc. competitions. DEAR activity was made memorable when the students were asked to read their favourite book along with their parents. Students from IX and X class were participated in “Pariksha Pe Charcha” and issued the certificates.
| Training, Seminars/Webinars and Counselling: |

Every academic year in-house training are conducted for teachers. COE seminars/webinars were attended by teachers improve and implement innovative ideas in teaching learning practices as well as to take the students beyond their current level of learning. This year too teachers participated in all the mandatory workshops by CBSE as well as from Diksha App in an online mode. Online Counselling for the students was also done.

Every activity in school life plays a significant role in a child's development. Co-curricular activities are an essential part of school life as they help to enhance the learning process of the students through these activities we strive to bring in social skills, intellectual skills, moral values, personality progress, team work and character appeal in our students. Some of these events are Drawing competition, Poster making, Best out of waste, etc.
